It offers two types of shares, such as Preferred Shares and Class A Shares. Adjusted FFN NAV on May 13 is ~$16.06After updating my spreadsheet with April 30 values, today's NAV with BofC rate of 1.3672 is ~$16.059488, rounded up to 16.06; very similar result obtained with MSMoney rate of 1.3670, 16.0581423 rounded up to 16.06.
With a positive buffer of ~7.0633%, the dividend declaration for the month of May is assured
