RE:RE:RE:RE:My take on Insider trading questionTo take another look at it, they are a small team of 30 people. Most are junior or mid level people being paid with shares and a smaller salary. Money is short these days and I cannot blame insiders from not buying. Now, the senior leadership and board Is different. They should have the money to deploy. That being said, they don't want to get knocked on the head with insider trading fines. They could be holding their money to buy when the bigger news goes public. If your waiting for them to buy first, remember they have a 2-3 day waiting period before they can buy. This stock is so elastic that 3 trading days could mean 30-40% higher.
I have added to my position, probably sitting around the same as Mr.Peters now. Invest wisely, but waiting for insiders will be a potential missed opportunity.
