Lack of director ownership

Lack of director ownershipJust reviewing some materials for the forthcoming meeting, I am perplexed to see that of the 4 directors nominated, not one has EVER bought a single share in LCFS.

In fairness, Todd Moser is a very recent addition to the nominated list. Jeffrey Hamilton joined the board in January and has been granted 10,000 DSUs. Margaret Raymond has been on the board for 3 years and has acquired 35,000 DSUs. Jeremy Baines has 53000 + options and 19,500 RSUs in his short tenure.

I will vote for Baines and the newest guy, Moser, but not the others. Zero ownership is just very, very bad optics.
