As per Tilray's latest news release they will be looking to purchase another company that will solidify their presence in the United States.
In all reality we can expect that this company has already been identified with some possibility that tentative takeover terms have already being discussed with this target.
IMHO Tilray would not have issued the news release without further actions already planned therefore additional news pending.
