RE:RE:Nextleaf Buy-Out

RE:RE:Nextleaf Buy-OutI am thinking of bidding war too.

But, before we ultimately get to this passive role of being taken out by the highest bidder, I thought we could be proactive in partnering with a major company. This could be done on very favourable terms through a share swap or something. We have the tech, they want the tech. We want to continue growing in the business, they lack the cash for a flat buy-out. This is what I mean by being strategic.

We already have two informal branches, technology and merchandising. These could be made clearly autonomous so that to release the value on the tech side. Right now Nextleaf share price is simply a multiple of revenues. Our global tech superiority is almost never mentioned and gets forgotten. A mistake. Licencing our technology to major US and European partners would be another way to go. This is to say that, at this juncture, we are cruelly missing a dealmaker to head the tech branch.
