Aris Mining Corporation is a gold producer in the Americas. The Company is engaged in operating two mines with expansions underway in Colombia. The Segovia Operation is located in the Segovia-Remedios mining district in the department of Antioquia, Colombia, approximately 180 kilometers (km) northeast of Medellin. The Segovia Operations comprises four active underground gold mining operations, which include El Silencio, Sandra K, Providencia, and Carla. It has over 11 titles with a total area of 5,335.58 hectares (ha). The Marmato underground gold mine is located on the west side of the town of Marmato, in Marmato municipality of Caldas Department, in the Republic of Colombia, approximately 80 km from Medellin and 200 km northwest of the capital city of Bogota. The Company is also the operator and 51% owner of the Soto Norte Project, which is advancing to develop a new underground gold, silver and copper mine. In Guyana, it is advancing the Toroparu, a gold/copper project.

RE:RE:RE:RE:Let's Talk About Q22 warrants plus $5.50 until July 2025 to get one share.  Stock was trading below $5.50 when it dipped on poor Q1 results and the warrants held around $0.40.  So given there's a little over 14 months left that means that the time value of the warrants is about $0.035 per month when trading around the strike price. Stock closed Friday at $5.77 or $0.27 over the strike price or $0.135 per warrant plus the $0.40 time value and the warrants should be trading around $0.54 but market was $0.47-$0.48 Friday or a 10% discount.  Seems the warrants are a good deal up to $0.55 given gold and Aris common looks to go higher in next 6 months or do. So if the stock goes up a dime the warrants should go up a nickel.  You gotta love leverage on penny stocks or warrants in this case.
