RE:RE:RE:TICK TICK TICK ......2 DAYS TILL END OF MAY CHRIS!!! Where is an "understanding" reached with a "company," which upon multiple documented requests, cannot even provide a deadline?
A relevant understanding might be a realization: "Why would people who do this to us treat their clients and patients of the people they have contracted with any better than they treat the people that invested in their company?"
And their response? My my. "The clients aren't paying us on time." Does this give confidence that this management has the capacity or understanding for succeeding in what is, in reality, a service profession? Acting like professionals IS an initial requisite for success in that profession.
There comes a time when we need to ask if Canadian regulators provide some credible protection for investors or if it now exists to support securing enablers?
