Plus, what would be the "contract" that was unfulfilled as a result of the chaos?

Last time around, ALY provided funds (from the public offering) to ensure they had an equivalent proportion of MarketWall (as did Intesa, but not Marco et al.). This money was ultimately returned to ALY through the dividend. This was definitely confusing.

Was money asked of ALY and Intesa again?

Also, what was the deal with Marco et al, not having to pony up money to ensure their share of MarketWall did not dwindle?

There should be some more work done questioning Marco and his connection to anything dubious coming out of MarketWall.
