RE:RE:Which witch is ......I've never paid attention to the Floater.... But I think you are correct, the Floater are probably the best pick in a Higher for Longer rate enviorment.    But they will take a hit if rates fall.

I didn't like them because they didn't have a "base rate".    You don't know your minimum dividend yield.     

I know I'll be getting about 10% MINIMUM forever as long as I hold, no matter what rates do.   Not that I plan to hold forever, but having 10% minimum is a good back up plan if I get "stuck" here holding.
