It operates primarily in North America and Europe but also sells its products and services through representative agents throughout the rest of the world. It markets, sells, engineers, fabricates, constructs, installs and supports two technology lines, such as heat recovery solutions, including direct contact heat recovery solutions (FLU-ACE), indirect contact heat recovery solutions (HEATSPONGE and SIDEKICK), and condensate return system solutions (GEMTM steam traps). RE:RE:RE:Shareholder COMMUNICATION

RE:RE:RE:Shareholder COMMUNICATIONGiven the number of PDA's, I think the bottle neck remains elsewhere in the organization. Is there enough competent engineering resources to grow the business faster given the backlog of PDAs.

committments from customers to budget for multiple sites and multiple projects beyond quarter to quarter.  I have heard Crossland mention many times the customer base, # of sites, and the enormous potential.  Somewhere is that equation, there is something either not right, not enough focus on conversions, or the actual payback is not being sold to every customer ... or this will never ever be a small cap enterprise that does great things but can never scale ... companies are investing in new technology every day, does TMg have the right technology to create the need for their solutions or not.
