CndnBacon is entitled to his opinion, wrong as it may be. BTW, the decision is positive for PCI as they continue with Osler as legal counsel. As for the AMF, they cannot be held liable for following their mandate. Suggest CndnBacon read the TMF decision by Christine Dub et al. Good luck to All!"
