The Company is engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of Canadian gold and base metal mineral resource properties. Its Ishkoday is situated in the Onaman-Tashota Greenstone Camp in the Irwin, Walters, Elmhirst and Pifher Townships located 25 km northeast of the Town of Beardmore, Ontario and 220 km northeast of Thunder Bay, Ontario. It holds a 100% interest in Brenbar, which consists of two mining leases covering 255 hectares contiguous and to the west of Ishkoday. It has a 100% interest in the Jubilee-Elmhirst, Beaurox and Twin Falls property. The Company also owns a 30% joint venture interest and Canadian Gold Miner Corp.

Ashineeg, is that the only thing you'll be asking yourself?

If their engagement with USCG were to expire, I'd be wondering why..

Hypothetically, in 2-3 years from now if a deal hasn't happened, what are the reasons that are preventing us from crossing the finish line?

Is USCG not the right partner to facilitate this large of a deal?

Do they have enough experience in the mining sector to facilitate a deal?

Is cynthia asking for too much?

Has enough work been done on the property to validate what she is asking for?

Is there something specific about the property, whether its political, environmental or social that can't support an open pit mine?

I'd love to hear everyones thoughts on the possibilities of why a deal has not happened or will never happen.
