Unless I'm mistaken, government grants either aren't available or aren't typically given to a publically traded company.  Consequently, I'm honestly not expecting one.  (Of course, that doesn't mean that I think there's something else brewing.  The stock wants to trade up, but someone seems to still be sitting on it for some reason.  Guess we'll all know more by the end of the week...)
