Guess you missed the filing where Mr. DeMichelle exercised his wts. 450k @ $0.35 puts $157,500 into company coffers.
Looks to me its an endorsement since he exercised at $0.35. Stock trading under $0.30.
I even bet the sale you posted was to position an institution.
