I'll be voting no.

Approximately 57M minority shareholder shares. 30M +/- to upend the privatization plot. I have approximately 1% of this and will be voting no to the privatization, giving this near-producing gold mine, for pennies on the dollar, to C. Fraser Elliott and his foreign co-conspirators.
