It offers two types of shares, such as Preferred Shares and Class A Shares. Its investment objectives with respect to preferred shares are to provide holders of preferred shares with cumulative preferential monthly cash dividends in the amount of over 5.5% annually and to pay the holders of the preferred shares a certain price per preferred share on or about the termination date. FFN unit nav in realtime @ $15.70

FFN unit nav in realtime @ $15.70So despite the CAD bouncing back to almost the level on June 28th, the UNIT NAV has still risen by 11 cents.
With the last trade @ $5.54 , it seems maybe some sellers missed out on the  effect of  the move up yesterday. Trading at a 16 cent discount today.. after distributions are dished out.
