Erik needs our licenses for the flows he has or will have. Whether you agree or not, the licenses are very valuable and they aren't giving out any European licenses anymore.  

if they (Erik) drags his feet, he won't get the shares because there won't be any RevoluPAY that he has been chasing for 2 years.  

I also wouldn't do .05 I would counter higher
