@Barklake my guess is more details will come out in the future... BIG TAKE AWAY guess... a major corporate re-org maybe in the works... i can possibly imagine textmont spin out, maybe REID spin out, maybe one or two others..all i know is that there are so many corporate re org options for cnc to examine and investment options for others to get in or for a cnc go it alone scenario....this is the tip of the iceberg in my opinion. ALL ABOVE IS my own SPECULATION, i have not spoken to CNC this year. (2024), so i have no idea what they are thinking of.. my guess is i better get some shares in CNC to go with my large bundle of Noble shares sooner rather than later. I thought i had lots of time... after this news release... this is likely not the case...

@Mikeymike426 This is a smart play by both companies as it limits dilution to advance Mann for both parties. This is very similar to how CNC came to existence only CNC was spun straight away. In this scenario they can build a data set and when the market improves for miners the asset can be publicly listed. With so many properties under development, something was bound to happen like this.
