Time to bring management in house

Time to bring management in house
Note to Trust Directors:

This is an opportunity to correct a fundamental long-term problem limiting growth and trust in the Trust: Namely, that all management and deal-making is occuring at arms-length by DRI Healthcare.
The Trust surely now has cause to cancel its
contract with DRI Healthcare and re-hire the team in house. Another idea is for the Trust to buy DRI Healthcare, considering BK likely still owns a big chunk of it?

DRI Healthcare has always seemed to me a black box fertile for abuse of the Trust. For example, I have always wondered :
a) what percent of DRI Healthcare's revenue came from the Trust?
b) can DRI Healthcare cherry pick deals and do "sidepocket" deals for third party investors separate from the Trust?
c) they have 39 people listed on their team - what on earth are they doing to generate so few deals - and even the few they are doing are mostly second versions of existing deals. There are hedge funds with billions of dollars that are managed by a handful of people.

Sad and shocking for someone with so much success and a sterling family reputation to betray our trust.
