RE:CNC~TONS OF SMART PEOPLE HERE EXPLAIN THE ONE TRADE TDbroker

RE:CNC~TONS OF SMART PEOPLE HERE EXPLAIN THE ONE TRADE TDbrokerI also buy through Td for some of my stocks and noticed just about every order is executed through other exchanges which end up not being reflected on the Tsx board. So even though I would buy at the ask , the ask and bid do not reflect my purchase on the Tsx.. Therefore, it makes it appear as if  nobody is buying at the ask price. Legal manipulation I guess.
Plus...it takes them 1 minute or more to execute while they are looking for other exchanges to fill my bid. Then they probably pocket the difference between what I paid for the shares and the discount they buy it at through these other exchanges.
At least, Wealthsimple trading site (for one) will fill them at the best possible price which means I sometimes pay less than the bid price I submitted. I need to find and switch from Td to another and better trading site I guess. Lol
