RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Smart move by TLT management...Yes,  kind of sad PP's are becoming their piggy bank offering multiple small placements.  No sign of Debt financing that their CFO mentioned earlier.  I can understand that RDW could be averse to a single investor with a 9 Million $ placement plus the warrants could potentially take control of the company..
