Obviously they screwed up by agreeing to the first offer that was rejected instead of hammering out a better deal in the first place.  The union didn't represent/address their members concerns which lead to longer strike period which led to one more week of lost pay.

You were the one bringing up Boeing as an example which has quality issues.

Really? Sounds like a lot gains made for the extra week. More than covering the extra time. Otherwise it would be another  No.  BTW the press release says operations will be back up and running today. So looks like your Globals will be getting built today lol
