RE:RE:Who will buy Cr and when? I agree Gonat that the share price has been in the doldrums most of the last year, but as late as Sept 15 , 2023 the share price briefly crept up to $6.59. It can return here even without a takeover fairly quickly with any positive news about Nat Gas especially related to pricing. Continued hot weather in NA will help if we keep chipping away at inventories and of course even a normal winter. I believe in addition to the Shell Kitimat project coming onstream in late 24 or early 25, several new LNG facilities in US will be coming onstream or bringing on new capacity in late 24/25.
When the share price moves it will move quickly and is capable of moving 10% a day.
i really don't see why anyone is selling shares at $4.20. I don't see even the shorters not clearing their accounts soon as imo they could get hurt pretty quickly ( not that I care).
spelling error as I should have said Petronas as one of the potential suitors although I don't see Cnq, Tou or Shell losing out on this opportunity with the TRP pipeline running right through the middle of the CR lands. All 3 of these companies would have no problem raising the funds to purchase CR.
