2 million worth of FIKA shares, ie.. 2/3 of a penny worth of FIKA shares for every DN share you own.  That's what John calls maximizing D9 shareholder value... what a douche bag!  

In a couple of weeks we will all be very, very tiny FIKA shareholders.
