More antagonistic banter. Flip a new page maybe. 

Any MOU will do nothing. Any pop here will be sold off hard. 

Why? Because there is a history here and no one wants to touch it and those that are in want out. 

And people hold because they do not want to lose. Hope is held onto like a child. 

Know the pyschology of the market and it can assist. That and have some risk management.
