I would agree on the governance failings. I would go further and suggest for a huge numbers of corporations, governance is terrible. BOD members not really supervising so much as adopting CEO position. That is one reason why CEO pay is so unconnected to performance for many companies. Crowdstrike ceo will be paid 50million this year.

TLT definitely has governance issues. Even when RDW not running things, I'm pretty sure he was running things.
