I have looked and so far haven't been able to figure it out, but there would be a contract to supply parts for a duration

Lawsuits wouldn't involve us. Spirit has the contract to supply wings, etc to BBD at a set price for a set time. Spirit has the pension liabilities, the union contracts, the plants, etc, nothing to do with BBD. In simple terms the buyer of a Global 7500 doesn't have liabilities with BBD unions and pension liabilities either.

All I am saying is BBD might have plenty of time to build a new factory in a LCOL non union area, hire brand new workers and leave Belfast for someone else
