Good progress

Good progressThe buy back continues and obviosuly, as the niumber of shares goes down, the price of those remaining goes up, so I don't think it will be long before we see $20.
   Depending on who wins the US election, the war in Ukraine may reacha critical stage in 2025. If, as seems to be the generally accepted theory, Ukraine cedes territory occupied by mainly Russian speaking people, like Crimea, for a guarantee of sovereignty and the chance to join EEC and Nato, then ING will be opening up there again, which should also boost the SP. Progress on share buyback programme

ING announced today that, as part of our €2.5 billion share buyback programme announced on 2 May 2024, the company repurchased 2,996,684 shares during the week of 15 July 2024 up to and including 19 July 2024.

The shares were repurchased at an average price of €16.84 for a total amount of €50,463,342.88. For detailed information on the daily repurchased shares, individual share purchase transactions and weekly reports, see the ING website at www.ing.com/investorrelations.

In line with the purpose of the programme to reduce the share capital of ING, the total number of shares repurchased under this programme to date is 72,158,971 ordinary shares at an average price of €16.16 for a total consideration of €1,165,896,175.30. To date approximately 46.64% of the maximum total value of the share buyback programme has been completed.
