Royal Helium Ltd. V.RHC

Alternate Symbol(s):  RHCCF | V.RHC.WT.A | V.RHC.WT.B

Royal Helium Ltd. is a Canada-based company, with a primary focus on the production and development of helium and associated gases and is currently producing helium from its Steveville project in Southern Alberta. Its helium reservoir at Steveville is carried primarily with nitrogen. Nitrogen is not a greenhouse gas (GHG) and therefore have a low GHG footprint when compared to plants in other jurisdictions that rely on large scale natural gas production for helium extraction.

RE:Get Some Cows Home

RE:Get Some Cows HomeI like that analysis.  But there is a mortgage on the farm (debt payments) so there is not unlimited time.

What could jump start the process is execution of the announced Val Marie JV. That brings in a whole new barn, without a mortgage. So even half the production from that those cows would be wonderful.

I am regretting a bit my exit, but so far cannot bring myself to buy back in at a higher price. That is always psychologically difficult to do, even if it makes sense because of altered prospects. The Val Marie JV (the 25 million dollar check) could be big. The first 40 Mile well could be huge if the helium concentrato is 3 times that of Steveville. Even testing Ogema and Val Marie (the latter independent of any JV) might be helpful. Those tests are two years late and counting. The wells were drilled long ago.
