RE:RE:RE:RE:A Treaty Creek Vote Of Confidence 🏆 neither tuo or amk would merge with TUD unless they were paid a huge premium to give up the free carry to production decision.  Its probably worth $50 to $100 million to each of them.

But TUO gets even more expensive given their huge basket of assets.

The Jewel of the basket is the NSR on TC......it might allow TUO to fund the equity component to get into production without dilution.........its that key..........TUD and AMK would have to dilute to the high heavans to rais the equity
