So the thieves at RIOT can buy us out at a ridiculously low share price, cheapen their own stock with dilution, and then continue to mismanage both companies like they have their own? Dude, when a thief wants to come into your house to steal your stuff, you don't let him come in. You lock the door. The RIOT deal is pure and simple not in the best interest of BITF. The share price is already higher than the weak offer they proposed.
