Risks Increasing, Future Rewards Decreasing dramatically.Rewards/Dividends based on BoC rates.
Risk (for Brookfield) I'm guessing is mostly based on Fed/U.S.A rates and TIME.   It's been over 3 years now and counting.   Getting Riskier and Riskier.    Brookfield is BIG....but there's a limit as to how much support they will give to BPY and BPO Prefers.

Surprised how well the A's are holding up.   Pierre, I guess you picked right.

Glad I trimmed my holdings even if shares rebounded since I've trimmed.  Took me almost 2 weeks to unload.... it was just CRAZY with my shares often the only ones sitting there at the ask and no takers.

Sonoffergus, you should have scooped them up, you were right about the rebound in price.

I'm making 1/2 the yield now but sleeping/feeling much much better.
