Florida Canyon Gold Inc V.FCGV

Florida Canyon Gold Inc. is a Canadian junior gold producer with an asset in the United States. The Company’s principal operating asset is the Florida Canyon mine in Nevada. The Florida Canyon Gold Mine area is situated in northwestern Nevada within the Basin and Range physiographic province, which is typified by a series of northward-trending elongate mountain ranges separated by alluvial valleys. The Florida Canyon area is dominated by a major regional structural zone, termed the Humboldt Structural Zone, which is interpreted to be a 200-kilometer (km) wide north-easterly-trending structural zone with left-lateral strike slip movement.

RE:RE:Hey Lifexpert! I think we Finaly agree on something! lol. hi psyc...been a while. lol. So here is my take. I sold out of my FCGV at higher prices before the sale, as I previously stated because I thought they would basically give it away cheap like everything else. I think my words were something like I wouldn't trust them to sell my shoes. lol. And ta daaa, they sure didn't get much for Florida canyon and I was able to buy the FCGV share back much lower after the buyout, which is nuts in itself and speaks to the deal. lol.. But you can't have it both ways. If AR sold Florida Canyon too cheap, which I think they did, then that means Integra bought Florida Canyon at a great discount! Plus when you buy FCGV now you are investing in Integra at an arbitrage discount. So far the Integra management have not done anything for me to not trust them. They seem to be a very solid team and I think they made a very good move here. In addition there seems to have been a ton of due dilligence done on Florida Canyon before the deal by Integra and their backers. Plus I actually like integras other projects. Silver production outside of Mexico is something I have been wanting to own for a while. Nevada is a solid jurisdiction. Integra has massive resources. I think this is a very interesting deal that unless you were an AR or Integra holder it would probably be missed on the radar. Just my opinion.
