The Company is engaged in the research and development of light activated compounds and their associated drug formulations. The Company operates through two divisions: Anti-Cancer Therapy (ACT) and Cool Laser Therapy (CLT). The technology has been used off-label for healing numerous nerve, muscle and joint conditions. The Company develops products both internally and using the assistance of specialist external resources.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Oh me, oh my, the sky is falling...Until recently Theralase invariably released their financials and accompanying MD&A after the market closed. But that changed this year. They released the 2023 financials on 27 Mar 2024 just before the market opened, and the 1Q 2024 financials on 30 May 2024 just as the market opened .

If their IR knows what they are doing, they will send out any positive news tomorrow morning before market opens.
