Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

I saw TJ's nasty little comments when I signed out, so let me address them here - I'm up 2x on Metaplanet (closed after hours session at 893Y), impossible to quantify gain on equity as no equity was invested ;).

Thanks for your concern TJ - you remain an unappreciated and unwanted groupie. Please don't bother responding to my stuff man, I very rarely see it given you're on mute, and I have no plans to ever unmute you.
