Chatham Rock Phosphate Limited is a New Zealand-based junior mineral development company. It is focused on the development of a marine phosphorite deposit off the coast of New Zealand. It holds a Mining Permit over an area off the coast of New Zealand with seabed deposits of rock phosphate, rare earths and other potentially valuable minerals. Its Chatham Rise Project covers an area of seabed phosphorite nodules that is situated about 450 kilometers (km) offshore of the east coast of New Zealand at approximately 350 to 450 meters (m) water depth. Its Makatea Phosphate Project is a combined rehabilitation and phosphate mining project located on Makatea Island approximately 240km northeast of Tahiti, French Polynesia. It covers an area of over 1,035 hectares (10.36 km2). Korella North EPM 28589 provides a near surface phosphate deposit, some 22 m thick, with low-cost entry to commence mining. Korella South EPM 28187 lies to the south and east of ML 90209.

Exciting Project Updates from Chatham Rock Phosphate Limited (NZP.V, GELGF)!
 
Chatham owns three advanced-stage phosphate properties: Chatham Rise in New Zealand, Makatea in French Polynesia, and Korella in Australia. These projects host direct application/low-cadmium phosphate deposits that can be advanced to production for relatively low OPEX/CAPEX.
 
The company is in the final stages of securing a mining permit for Korella and aims to begin production this year. According to our update report in November 2023, the combined Net Asset Value (NAV) of these three projects is $70M, yet NZP is trading at just 11% of this NAV estimate.
 
This highlights the tremendous growth potential and undervaluation of Chatham Rock Phosphate. Excited to see the progress and future developments!
