Its France properties include Gaia, Arcueil, Delizy, Metropolitan, Sabliere, and Baldi. Its Germany properties include Trio, Kosching, Neu Isenburg, Stuttgart, Bad Homburg, and Duisburg. Its Spain property is Delgado. The INOVALIS S.A. acts as the manager of the REIT.

While I do have available cash sitting in money markets, Ilately have been using distributions from other equities/prefs to buy at these levels. It's like free shares. I employed the same strategy with SRV during covid. I don't catch the bottom but I get 'em free.
