Hostile takeover of board members? Never heard that before.  One must remember this company is owned by its shareholders.  The former board all own shares, and are now merely shareholders. 

time is of the essence, we need to close this PP and it will happen very soon.  

Erik (and meridien, which is more than Erik obviously) and their investors mean business.
