The Property hosts a large Iron resource with significant and extractable Vanadium.

RE:Not sure?I agree with you Chiz ... The assets, cash flow, etc all show super-positive for Cerrado but the valuation/stock price just don't seem to make sense to me.  I'm either missing something or a whole lot of potential investors are missing an awesome opportunity!   
NPV of $100MM plus of a single asset says stock price should be well over $1  right now shouldn't it?
