- there is so SERIOUS INCOMPETENCE with this company

- SPECIFICALLY, WHY they were NOT AWARE of the REGULATORY COMPLIANCE for the PRESSURE TANKS to STORE the AMMONIA?

- THIS DELAYED the STARTUP of the AMMONIA PRODUCTION SYSTEM

- NOW, they are 'expecting' AN INSPECTION by the END of THIS WEEK

- if they get it WORKING by MID-SEPTEMBER, their REVENUE RECOGNITION and SALE will be BOOKED roughly 5 MONTHS LATER than 'ANTICIPATED'

- this is at THE SAME TIME that they are DESPERATE FOR CASH

- they also 'EXPECT' to CLOSE the SECOND TRANCHE of FINANCING by the END of this WEEK
