The question is or has become how difficult is it to culminate this joint venture? The second part is why would someone like Barrick/Newmont not just take out the whole package?

Whatever Rick Rule is expecting adds some speculation to what he knows albeit he likes risk/reward which most can't stomach. 

So for now investors are stuck in limbo and yes waiting for more dilution if the J.V. deal won't close due to management perhaps having to give up too much control? My view is to sit back and wait for the hammer to drop be it a partnership or takeover as the best case scenario. With the metal prices soaring this would still appear to be a undervalued takeover candidate. Are the buzzards looking for a meal like or fine feather friend Mr. Rule ?
