Thats right on Aug 29th 20213 HHS issued a 252 PAGE letter to the DEA to reclassify cannabis to schedule iii And so did the FDA. But the DEA does not need to listen to the HHS, FDA, 43K People or even to the 38/50 Medical cannabis states. Nor do they need to listen to the President or the vice president. THE DEA HAS GONE ROUGE.
