Sounds like Black has gone all sour, the DEA hearing is just a formality, it will get passed in a timely fashion, the evidence and support for Sch3 is overwhelming and you can bet our side will be ready.
Plus I don't think Biden is riding off into the sunset this easily, he's going out with something up his sleeve.
