I would expect Celestial AI probably do what Poet is doing and join Singapore because that is where the action is. Singapore is the Switzerland of High Tech manufacturing and regional coordination.
The past rumoured North American Tier 1 as a customer for Poet would ultimately come via the Pacific Rim anyway in my opinion. All the efficiencies needed in the supply chain are already there.- Singapore and the Pacific Rim. That's reality for big business. Follow the money!
