RE:RE:a few questions:

I agree, whatever is up is good for us, but no way ES knows a buy-out is coming AND he is accumulating shares. That is simply illegal and can result in trading bans etc, as well as gross reputational self-harm. The only thing for sure is that IF a buyout is coming, he does NOT, know about it. I am also not sure that a simple majority shareholder vote is sufficient to effect a takeover. Can anybody post a link to TSX takeover rules, please?
