RE:RE:Q2 2024 Financials / MD&A out

RE:RE:Q2 2024 Financials / MD&A outblack, not sure management / execs having to support a company quarter after quarter is how any junior wants to operate, as it sends a message to shareholders that other investors are skeptical to invest.

We saw this during the $2 million dollar Private Placement a couple years ago when the vast amount of investment dollars came from insiders.  Ever since that time it has been tough sledding to raise capital, without those on the inside reaching in to their own pockets.

Other junior potash companies have secured small finance packages the last few months, so the money is out there, and w upcoming financial commitments due for the SMP200 property, it will be interesting to see where that goes.

Rumor has it a local company is willing to throw their support behind a proof of concept well / cavern at Tugaske, so it might be time to finally poke a hole in the ground, wouldnt you say?

For several quarters now, Gsp has relied on the exact same verbage for immediate future projections, so it appears the word "immediate" can have a different meaning depending on its intention.

" For the immediate future, the company intends to raise the additional financing for the following purposes, • complete the financing of the Tugaske Project, • working capital purposes, and • to begin to develop a second project.
