Following the media, an argument has happen between these two guys, Mr. P. Fitzgibbon and Mr. F. Legault over an increase of electricity rate in the province. The Premier wants 3% and Mr. P. F. wishes much more paid by Quebec citizens, commercial businesses and the industries:
