During the three and six months ended June 30, 2024, the Company incurred consulting fees with the former CEO and director of $45,000 and $99,000, respectively, (2023 – $54,000 and $108,000). As at June 30, 2024, $106,080 (December 31, 2023 – $189,087) was outstanding and included in accounts payable and accrued liabilities.

Read the above last sentence. 106k outstanding to Ted???how can we have 106k outstanding when he's only earned 99k???  I thought we were square with Ted when we paid his 84k last quarter in shares!!! what's going on here?

There always seems to be an amount that is outstanding or carried over to accounts payable. I read through these pretty thoroughly.  I hope Larry is keeping an eye on things because he is signing off on these.  Ted made 99K for 6 months. Manny made 90K for 6 months. What are they doing exactly to earn this?  And they are both consultants. We have a business with no employees. Lol. Larry is a consultant too.

Oh well. Fingers crossed these guys get it right!!!

You think something would have to happen to justify consulting fees. But we never get any explanation.
