Jack, I think investors in just about any other high tech stock would have done better. This has been a DOG! The Naz Composite has exploded in recent years while this thing keeps kicking revenue down the road and diluting shearholders into oblivion. Why would anyone keep throwing money at this when there are much better opportunities to play? I significantly reduced my holdings at over a dollar (over $10 now) and have not bought back in. I have done much better in other things. For a company that is supposed to be on the verge of greatness, I would say there is relatively little insider participation.
