RE:Big sellerIt seems that the amount of time it is taking to make an announcemetnof significance is causing investor anxiety, me included.

There is a big international tolling conference that starts this weekend in Spain.  The Global Tolling Summit attracts the who's who of tolling.  QTRH is a platinum sponsor of the event.
